       This third generation valve is a product specially made by BorgWarner Ningbo for Great Wall and Ford, which mainly realizes the reuse of automobile exhaust gas and improves the utilization of gasoline. Because of the high cost of the product, most of the broken parts in the production process can not be reworked and in order to control the quality of the product and improve production capacity, IPLANT is honored to be the preferred solution with a strict control concept.



  1.Material traceability
    IPLANT will record all the production materials and each product component details, you can trace the barcode to find each material information, the same can be found by the corresponding material to the product.

  2.IPLANT error-proof

  When the current part in production, IPLANT will check whether the current routing and model of the part is correct, such as any of them do not correspond to the PLC will send error instructions and information.

  3. Quality control
   Set a reasonable schedule for the equipment self-check mode and edge sample mode, every time we reach the specified time, IPLANT will prompt the equipment to do calibration work, to adjust the production process brought about by some non-human factors of error. The same will record all the parameters of the production process, when the product problems can be traced back to the detailed parameters, easy to analyze the specific causes of the problem.

  4. Data interaction
   The operator can configure the parameters required for a specific model on the IPLANT, when the model needs to be processed, the PLC can send a request directly to the IPLANT, IPLANT will send the corresponding parameters to the PLC, so that the equipment to process. The same PLC can also upload the production and processing parameters to IPLANT, let IPLANT record, to achieve the monitoring of the entire production process status.
