TRW's Wuhan and Zhangjiagang plants have nearly 100 production lines for automotive safety systems such as Airbag/Seatbelt/ABS. In addition to the standard functions of iPlant-ACC, we have deployed modules such as iEMS for equipment and spare parts management, Andon for safety light system, and E-kanban for material pulling kanban for the factories. The level of informationization in the workshop has been further improved, providing effective management tools for material planning and equipment maintenance.
